An Echo Of Silence tells the story of a pregnant young women looking to her parents for understanding and support to be told that she will be sent away to give birth to a child that she will relinquish to adoption. The songs explore her anguish and struggles to find information about the son she gave up. Intertwined with the story are the challenges faced by her son who wishes to know his origins and his mother as he makes every effort to find her.
